The start me up program is a 3 month home program designed for you. Your weekly program will be delivered to you every Sunday.
Each exercise within the program will come with a little video demonstration - So don't worry about forgetting how to do an exercise!
We will work together so you stay consistent with your training and ultimately reach your mobility, strength and weight loss goals.
Whether you feel like you lack the necessary equipment or discipline, are overwhelmed with getting started, or just want to ensure you're doing the exercises correctly, I am here to support and guide you.
You will be able to see all of your completed workouts. The visual representation of your efforts will give you a sense of accomplishment and it will motivate you to maintain consistency. Not to mention, I will provide ongoing support and accountability to ensure you stay on track :)
I will personally review your workouts and provide valuable insights and guidance to help you improve. You'll receive a combination of video feedback, where I demonstrate specific adjustments and techniques, as well as written instructions to reinforce your understanding guidance whenever you need it.

what's included
Our coaching sessions take place in person or online through Google Meet (or whichever platform you prefer). Each session is 60 minutes and scheduled every other week, giving you time to practice your program and build confidence between sessions.
